The AGM School Reopening & Safety Plan was creating in conjunction with the School Administration, School Board, Staff, Parent population, Church Council, and the Board of Regents of Armenian Prelacy Schools.

A parent survey was initially conducted on June 1st. Subsequently a school-wide live parent meeting was held via Zoom on July 23, 2020. The Bloomz application is also used on a daily basis for communication between school and parents regarding the Reopening Plan.

The AGM SchoolBoard & Administration met on July 8th and July 20th and August 12th to review the Reopening Plan. Regular communication takes place via group messaging.

The School Administration, School Board and local Parish Board of Trustees met on July 8th. Regular communication between the School Principal and Rev. Father occur on a daily basis.

The School Administration and Board of Regents of Armenian Prelacy Schools met on March 26, June 17th, July 1st, July 9th, July 15, August 9, August 11, and continue to communicate on a regular basis regarding reopening protocols. Principals of sister-schools also participate in a majority of these meetings.

School Administration and Staff met on July 7, July 21st, and on a daily basis since July 27.
